Yesterday morning I went to the counter ordered three large coffee all black one was supposed to be dark roast I received two... double-doubles and one dark roast lid was clearly marked regular went back following morning manager said she would correct it &only charge me for the dark roast because that was correct on the initial order .I received the order at the counter there wasthree dark roasts , when I let the girl know it was wrong she said that's what's punched in rather than correcting the order Ileft all three coffee on the counter the incompetence is unbelievable !!!! I go to this Tim Horton's because it's closer to my house, but I'm starting to think that maybe I should switch. I order my food... and it's almost always cold in the middle while the outside is warm (which means it was probably not cooked long enough). Iorder through the mobile app and they don't start it until I've come up to the window - even when there's almost no one in frontof me. My husband has ordered bagels and its never toasted and there's barely any butter OR it's slathered on heavily. I havefound hairs in my drinks and food. Read more
Every time i get a bagel its lack luster. Today i asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with extra butter. It wasnt toasted... and there were multiple hairs on it thin wispy whitish hairs. Read more
***This place has improved significantly since this review! See note at the end! Went in as the lineup at the drive through... was very long. Had to repeat my order 10x (literally, I am not exaggerating) because the server couldn't be bothered to payattention to what I said (it wasn't loud and I spoke loud and clearly). Even though she finally managed to punch my order incorrectly after 10 attempts, and it was correct on the screen, and I paid for what I ordered, they still managed to screw up myorder. I ordered an Xtra large coffee with 3 sweetener, 1 cream, 1 espresso; a small mocha ice cap and a plain old fashioneddonut. I got a medium coffee, no cream, a large ice cap, and no donut. I had to go to work, so the coffee went in the garbageand I took the iced cap. I go to Tim's every day, usually at this location. There is one server who, if he is working, will getmy order perfect without any ordeal, and luckily he is working most mornings on the drive through. Otherwise there is about a25% chance, at best, that they will get my order right. The general attitude that is conveyed is that they just can't bebothered, and you should feel grateful for whatever they shove out the window at you (usually while looking the otherdirection). One server, this summer, screwed up our order and got mad at me for refusing it, saying "What's your problem? Justtake it already!" And the manager had to step in to get us the correct order (which she confirmed was on the screen.) If theother person in my car did not insist on going here every day, I would never go back. ***Since my kid (adult) still insists ongoing here every day, we have been happy to see a massive improvement. Three stars I'd say. There is still a pretty hugedifference in service depending on who is working (there are a couple of servers who deserve higher ratings; 4 or 5 starsrespectively... This Tims used to be good but whoever owns it now closes whenever they feel like it. Their dining room is not open 24 hours like... they have on their app and one day the whole store was closed at 8pm. I thought they went out of business. When I asked theysaid they weren?t busy so they closed. People count on stores being open when they advertise. By the way they also have no hourson the doors because they are supposed to be open 24/7. Don?t even count on being served if you come here. Read more
I ordered a bagel and hashbrown from this Tim Hortons and the woman thought I wanted a hashbrown inside my cinnamon raisin... bagel? Half of the bagel didn?t even have butter on it and the other half was an atrocious amount of butter, it was gross toeat. Probably won?t be back to this location Read more
