I ordered 2 coffees, then paid, and then I was asked if I was "sure I didn't really want hot chocolate". I said that I wanted... coffee. Very strange interaction. My coffee was basically water. Manager with a tattoo sleeve was pretty rude to me, didn't even greet me at the till to ask what I wanted to buy. Instead, he... was on the sidelines, and asked me what I wanted in a passive aggressive tone, like I was bothering him. Then, a differentworker helped me at the till while he was making my drink. Just ordered 2 farmers wrap with bacon and sausage and 2 coffees. Drinks were okay as usual but the wraps were horrible. Maybe... whoever was assembling it didn't know how to make the wrap but you need to evenly fill the wrap. The wrap I got ,both of themwere half filled and it was just bread and sauce. They didn't even put bacon in 1 of the wraps. Customer service is good butfood, its horrendous. Read more
