Tonight I came over here for a cup of coffee after a long drive and I stopped in the drive thru but nobody responded so I go... straight to the take out counter . Then I try to oder there in counter. Then guy in counter said I have to go back to thedrive thru again to place my oder. Am the only one customer was there but still he want me to go again drive thru. He don'teven say that polite. Seems like a show off or maybe he don't want to work . This kind of behavior of employees make a badimpression to the customer about the restaurant. For a restaurant their customer is like a God. But for these kind ofemployees, customer is a burden. Because they just need they pay. They never care about customer or restaurant getting business. An employee can be a reason for growth or fall of a restaurant. For me, this incident is nothing I went another location and Ibrought my coffee . Read more

This location is in dire need of a renovation and some maintenance, but dining in is always lovely here. Typically friendly... service. The best part is hearing one of the workers sing every morning. She's great at it! Read more

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The girl(loveleen) at the drive thru was so rude. She won't let me add to my... order even though I just wanted to add muffin to my order. She threw my food at me and shut the window on me. I had to turnaround the drive thru and I asked her why she shut the window on me and she was speechless. She has bad customer service. Read more

I bought 4 donuts but they shoved the donuts in two small paper bags (they were definitely designed for one item, too small for... two donuts!). I hope they will ask customers if their orders are for inside or takeout. But they are nice most of the time. Read more

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. I actually avoid it like the plague. The staff is SOO rude and basically... don't say anything, they just throw your food at you and close the window as soon as possible. It's actually a joke that any oftheir staff was hired to work customer service. they don't even have basic manors. The food is SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes itsinedible. The quality control is extremely poor. I actually paid for "extra" cream cheese for months just to get a tiny essenceof cream cheese on to my bagel. Go to any other Tim's if you can. Read more

Review Date: July 12th, 2015 One ?Double Double?, please! Preface: This blog post is for not just the first time I tried Tim... Hortons but sub-sequential visits while in Canada. It wouldn?t be a trip to Canada without a stop at an authentic Tim Hortons.Sure, there are some in the United States but having it from it?s native country just gives it a bit extra charm. Shortly afterarriving in the new country, that is exactly what we did. It was a much needed to fuel us up for the drive ahead. The stop atthis Tim Hortons was a quick one to snag some coffee and hit the road again. We did what we normally do and parked the van, piled out, stretched our muscles and headed in. I wasn?t sure what I was expecting but I wasn?t disappointed nor surprised. Theinterior felt like a Dunkin Donuts mixed with a Burger King. You could order your coffee or get some food or a little bit ofboth. At this time in my life, I was obsessed with iced caramel lattes and that is exactly what I got here. I still am obsessedwith them but I venture out to other drinks now instead of having the tried and true. The drink I got was pretty good. Nothingto right home about but it hit all the right spots and helped rejuvenate me for the drive ahead. This wasn?t the only time wesnagged Tim Hortons while we were in Canada. We stopped by them multiple times after this stop and I tried the ?double double?as that is what Laura suggested. I believe it is a black coffee with two creamers and two things of sugar. Man, that was a drinkto fall in love with. While the iced caramel latte was average if not a bit above, the ?double double? was perfection in a cup.It had just the right about of cream to smooth out the blackness of the coffee and just enough sugar to perk it up a bit. At onepoint, we got some donut holes called ?Timbits?. I?m not huge on donuts, so I only had one or two but they were decent. I amsure a donut lover would like them much more than I did. Our visits to Tim Hortons were alw Read more
