Looks like they are short on staff. It took more than 10 minutes to prepare 2 wraps. All their ingredients were out. So they had... open new packs. But then all my meals were cold. And they forgot to prepare my coffee as I had ordered it. Read more

Due to the Kenaston Tim?s being an absolute joke, I decided to try this location again. I have come here between meal times and... had a good experience! Today I came during lunch & it was a wee bit stressful. I forgot it?s dine in/take out which isn?t aproblem. I?m so grateful I arrived before the high school lunch rush. It?s exceptionally loud & overpopulated, no surprise theyhave security. I was impressed the line was very quick and efficient and the staff were pleasant, not to mention the selectionwas well stocked with fresh goods! I received the correct order within a reasonable time frame. Only reason I did not rate thislocation 5 stars was because my water and knife were forgotten in my order, so I needed to remind staff. I would suggest eatingelsewhere if you want to enjoy some peace lol. Be friendly to the staff, their job must be stressful! Overall great experience:) Read more

It's Tim's, hence it rules!! Only flaw is that it's difficult to turn left into during traffic and yes, this area is Hella busy... during rush hour. Don't bother because you're relying on the kindness of humanity. I mean you'll get there but will it be worththe time and awkwardness? Tim's is the best and that includes this spot! Read more
I feel really bad for the staff working at this location as the management seems to never fully staff this location during the... day (day time hours). The staff are polite and friendly, food quality is average, but long wait time everytime I have visitedthis location over the last 6-8 months. One person at the front and one person at the back and 5-6 people in line up withaverage wait time of 6-10 minutes. I hope from the last 10 reviews that I see, management would make some positive changes andtreat the employees better with better quality of working hours. Read more
Not a convenient place for a meeting with old friend anymore. The place is not particularly clean. You will find a homeless... smelly sick guy sleeping next table who wakes up coughing a few minutes after you settle to start begging for some change. Read more
