Although I saw the comments on this store were very bad, I came to this store because I only wanted to buy a cup of coffee. Sure... enough, my first visit here gave me a very, very bad experience! I only ordered a cup of coffee and said that I would like alarge one with sugar and milk. When I got home, I found that it was a whole cup of milk! I'd give this location ZERO stars if I could. My co-workers and I have come here a handful of times for lunch because it is... close by, though this location is a beautiful new build, the service is AWFUL! Do not come here if you have limited time. To geta chili or soupit takes a minum of 15 minutes, every time I have gone there to dine-in" I have had to ask where my order is, whyits taking excessivly long and remind them that people are on their lunch break. I asked one on the employees why the serviceALWAYS slow and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Chronically understaffed. I think they only care about the drive through, as if you go in you should be ready to stand at an... empty front counter for a looong time. I?ve tried this location several times in the last week (job site nearby) and it?s been aconstant disappointment. Today I just walked out after I waited to have my order taken for several minutes. When a staff memberfinally appeared they went to go change the garbage bag instead of taking my order. At that point I had enough and just left.Looking at the other reviews here, the owner/management must be pretty bad as this seems to be the norm. Read more

I had a very bad experience with this location. We specifically asked them for two croissants but they only gave us one and when... we asked for second they took a hell lot of time to gives us second. The service is very very bad and our Cheese Grill MeltSandwich was also not up to the satisfaction as we get at other locations. They could do much better. I should have given 0stars but I guess we don?t have that option available. I would never recommend anyone going to this location as their customerservice as well as food is very bad. We are very sad because this is the closest location to our house and we can?t get properfood. I hope management or the owner review this. Read more

Unsanitary place to eat especially for a newly built location. Tables have food crumbs and garbage. Floors aren?t swept as well... and staffs are just talking to each other when they could have wiped the tables and swept the floors for a welcoming place forpeople to dine-in. Fortunately our table was the only table was clean but there are so much flies and other insects. Please keepthe area clean, would like to eat here again in the future. Read more
I placed mobile order 9408 through my Tim Hortons mobile app on 2nd December for Large Ice Capp & Hazelnut Muffin. When I get to... the window to get my order, I have been told that they don?t have hazelnut muffin in stock so I can take another muffin. I don?tlike any other muffin so I demand for the refund which they denied. I have been forced to take Hazelnut Coffee instead ofHazelnut Muffin. I demand my refund again but employee name MANPREET starts yelling at me told me that?s not her problem thatwhy can?t she issue the refund for mobile order.
