Over staffed and under trained. Washroom was disgusting. 2 customers inside, 1 in the drive thru. 8 employees working. I ordered... a small soup. 20mins later they asked me what I'm waiting for, at this point I'm the only person in the line. When I finallyreceived my order, no cutlery was provided. Honestly the best ice caps hands down in south dale . I like to order the Carmel ice cap usually no whip topping on Uber and... they do it the best way, so I like to always buy on Uber because for some reason they turn out the best that way Read more
The kids helping out at the drive thru were very rude and unprofessional. On the flip side, the bagels I got tasted amazing.
This place is horrible, I have never seen a ?dozen variety donuts? with only 6 different kinds. I asked for no plain and all I... got was this. No Boston cream or specialty ones.
