I haven?t stayed here, I just attended an event for the whole day, but people staying here informed me that they liked the place... a lot. The food here is average, and the staff are so friendly, the halls are huge and many of them. Great place for a bigevent. The hotel room we stayed at had half eaten cookies in the drawer. Shower had mold and hairs in the corners of the shower. The... pool area is decent but needs cleaning. There's a piece of rubber loose in the pool landing pad. The big slide has long brownstains mid way part of the slide. Read more

I hate to give a bad review, I'm just so disappointed. I attended a conference here and know the organizers paid good money for... my meal. The vegan option was unacceptable. There were no vegan breakfast options. Then for lunch the option was rice andvegetables, with no seasoning or sauce. I think the single mushroom was supposed to be my 'meat' - but that has no protein. Thendessert was of course, a fruit cup (while everyone else had cheesecake). I was honestly starving. I recognize it is tricky toaccommodate dietary restrictions, but as such a large event centre I really expected more. I've had such delicious and balancedoptions at other local conference venues. I really want to encourage the chefs to consider how they can improve this for futureguests (please, just some chickpeas are all I want!) Read more

Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Checking in was fast and easy. Plenty of parking and staff directed me to the best place to... park for where my room was located. Bit of an issue with another guest but security was on top of it quickly. I would stayagain. Read more

Don't forget to use ??????o???.??m when booking a room. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will... have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been stayinghere for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it. Went for my step sons birthday, got the space room.They loved it. It had black lights all over and the room glowed. Also spent a lot of time down at the water park. The location/shuttle/and ability to park for a week are all fantastic. Our room however appeared to have been tidied rather than... cleaned. One of our 2 queen beds had a grey tinge to the top of the bed like old money gets. The sheets had brown marks in themand the floor had not been swept. The shower and sink both had the previous guest's hair in them. Not super impressed. Read more

The staff was so courteous and check in was a breeze with multiple people at the front desk. After having 2 flights canceled I... wanted a quiet room and they delivered. They gave me a room on the 4th floor away from the pool. The room was very clean and thebeds were very comfortable. The water pressure is great so the shower was very refreshing after a long 24 hours at 2 differentairports. There is also 24 hour airport shuttle so there was no wait to get to the airport less than 5 minutes away. I highlyrecommend this hotel. Read more
