With family in town, we all made a pit stop here and it was perfect. The 8 kiddies were all sitting together, stretched out in... a table lineup with a couple of the grownups and the other grownups in the circular booth. After burgers and fries for thelittle ones, out from the kitchen came little complimentary sized frosties. Well, how great was that!! This occasion at Wendy'swill be a sweet forever memory!! Went here for the first time at around 5:40pm today. Had 2 seperate orders. Was handed my first order and then when I thought... I'd be getting our second order, the employee closes the window and walks away. I tried to get her attention by yelling hi andeven honking the horn but all your staff ignored us. Which you would thinknis hard to beleive seeing how there were 4 of themdoing nothing. We waited for our second order for about another 3-4 minutes. Then we didn't get straws and we honked again, andwas ignored. Train your staff better because they shouldn't be turning their backs and walking away until those at the drivethru have their accurate order. Might as well drive out if your way to the St.James location where they have manners and followpolices. If you read through the reviews it's very clear that this store has an attitude problem! Long wait in drive thru, almost 10 mins from time order was placed. Inside wasn't busy, should have walked in but same people... were standing as when we arrived? Fries were warm at best, Burger was awesome. Read more
Had the breakfast baconator, wedges and black coffee. Wendy's has the best bacon of any fast food restaurant and their wedges... were crispy and seasoned perfectly. The coffee was decent, but I prefer my own brew at home. Read more
Very bad experience at this location. The food was really good but the staff and manager were extremely rude. We bought 5... different types of burgers through the drive thru. When the food came all were in similar boxes but we're not labeled. Mydaughter went in to get it sorted and the manager shrugged and hesitantly took the order back. When it took a long time I wentin and the manager was shockingly rude and didn't have a smile on her face. Terrible experience!! Will never go to that Wendy'slocation again. Read more
Tried the new coffee on the "free" promo with a friend. Both cups were only 2/3 full. Maybe they were running out and thought... they could save me the wait to brew a new pot? Who knows. The coffee I got tasted a bit old. I would have rather waited for anew pot and a full cup. I think it would have been good coffee if it had been fresh. I'll try one more time to see what it'slike for sure. Read more
This is a great place to stop for a quick bite. Burgers are great, but I especially enjoy the grilled Ceasar salad and the bacon... poutine. Usually clean premises, service is quick. Read more
Man I just tried the breakfast. It is amazing. They really take their time and show care. The eggs aren't outside the bun like... the big m that just throws it together. It actually looks like the picture and the quality of ingredients is something you trulytaste. Please don't ever change. Read more
