I ordered tonight and drove 45 min to home and I ordered two of the classic chicken burgers and one was actually a spicy chicken... burger and it was cold! I'm thinking this was probably cooked hours ago and left on a warmer then put in my burger just to getrid of it. I'm not impressed. I've never ate at this location before and after this I doubt I will again. But on a positive notethe wife liked her burger and the pop tasted good. Read more
Friendly service and it was nice to see a Wendy's back in Transcona. Especially after seeing the Tony Roma that replaced the... previous Wendy's shut down. Not sure if this Wendy's is privately owned, but it has different standards/practices compared toother Wendy's that I went to. 1. They put mushrooms in their chili. 2. The frosty cups are different from the other places.Still taste the same, which is awesome. 3. idk, there's something a bit off about the classic singles, but I can't entirelypinpoint what it is. The food is great. The staff at the front counter always get my name wrong. (My first name. Not the name I use for here.) It's... now a novelty game of 'What's My Name Today?' whenever we go. Seating area feels cramped and awkwardly laid out. Read more
Personally this experience was great, cleanliness and overall moral of the employees was amazing. Took a buddy here for his... first time and his mind was blown. Not kidding! Fast and easy. Fast in n' fast out. Easy ordering. I've seen lots of cars in their drive thru but they still manage to sort out... as the cars just keeps on moving forward The manager that took my order is friendly and helpful. Come here every friday night because it's good, cheap food on my way home. Unfortunately, the drive through takes at least 10-15... minutes every time. Currently waiting. I can see a kid sweeping and two people standing at tills doing nothing, while the drivethrough line is out of the parking lot. Read more
