Worst service ever. We waited in line at the drive thru for a while. Finally got to the window and the lady taking our order... kept cutting my husband off and telling him to pull up. She kept saying I don't know what a I don't know is do you!?!? So I knowshe could hear perfectly fine! Finally after trying to finish his order for the 5th time .... he pulled forward. The girl atthe window told us the total and he told her he still had not finished his order and wanted to talk to the manager. She said shewas the manager. In the midst, the girl that took his order stuck her head in the window and started mouthing. The 'manager"told her to shut up. The girl was mouthing and carrying on the majority of the time we were waiting on our order. This notbeing our first instance of poor customer service at Winnsboro popeyes, I started videoing about the third time she cut him offso.... I was really thinking I should just post the whole thing to social media. Last visit to this place!!!! The last 3x havebeen the same less than poor service!!!Winnsboro is deserves better!!! Read more
Food is great and drive through isn't long anymore. One of the best places to eat
Gave us 3 pieces of dark meat and a very small wing ..in a 4piece meal. Good coleslaw and potatoes and gravy
We went thru the drive thru twice for a return. The Chicken was ridiculous hard not fresh and the cashier didn?t care the least.... Then the Manager came to the window and fix the situation with fresh chicken. WOW!!! Read more
The food is always on point here. I've never received food that was cold or that was burnt. They don't serve green beans... anymore, but that has been replaced by some of the best mac and cheese you'll find at a fast food restaurant. The negative isthat this place is always packed. It's not unusual to see the drive through line backed all the way out to the main road duringlunch and around dinner time. The wait can be 30min plus. I also greatly dislike their drive through. There's a dip before acurve and then an abrupt hill at the order screen. I can't imagine who thought that was a good idea. Just don't get too close tothe car in front of you. Read more
Having over a 20 minute wait in the drive through during non peak times is ridiculous. Ordered and paid at 2:41. I got my food... at 3:05. Recommending avoid this particular one. Read more
I mean. Great chicken. Reasonable service and prices. Never really had a problem. Sometimes they get something wrong when busy... but its expected just drive around and tell them they get it sorted out. Read more
Tenders were awesome. I don't care for Mac and cheese but omg.... theirs is the best.and the chicken sandwich is to die for.
