This place is really good. Went with some family and every plate that was ordered was delicious apparently. I tried the bunny... stew thing and it was really good. Only thing was I felt like it needed salt but either way, it was really good!!!! Thehighlight?the smothered potatoes. Holy cow those things are to die for!!!!! We met some friends for an outstanding meal here. The food was delicious with very fresh produce and new-to-us flavor... combinations. The pumpernickel cheese toast was a surprise hit, and we will come back at dinner to try the steak and smokedchicken. Service was great, and the chef even came out to talk to our table. There is a cool outdoor dining area, and the decoris thoughtfully tasteful. Read more
Love driving out to Winnsborro to shop at the quaint stores, visit the spa, scratch for gems at their interesting antique stores... and enjoying a yummy lunch or dinner at Liefie Livine ?. The atmosphere was phenomenal! A hidden gem in a small town Texas. The service was great! Both the owner and our server stopped... by our table several times to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We really enjoyed our lunch experience. We ate outside, atmosphere was lovely with all the peppers, herbs and green plants!!... Food was flavorful, atmosphere lovely and the server was very knowledgeable and awesome!! The Cheeze appetizer was an amazingsurprise, we added salami and sweet peppers (a must for next time). The sausage panini was perfect, chefs pot pie (curry beef)was tasty, the homemade bread bowl delicious, the tomatoe basil soup was loaded with chunky veggies!! The creme bruele wasdeliciously creamy! The complimentary glass of wine was a lovely perk! The meal was very reasonably priced and bathroom isclean!! We enjoyed this meal and will definitely return!! Read more
