Put a mobile order through. Waited in the drive thru for 7 mins with no one saying anything in the speaker. 2 cars in front of... me. Someone finally says the drive thru is too busy, please come inside. There are 3-4 other customers inside, not being helped.I try to get the attention of workers and a manager yells that she can't help me. They're too busy. Another worker has her handson her head yelling she can't handle this. I left without anyone ever helping me. I put a request in to get a full refund.Horrible horrible service. "Too busy" with 3 total cars in the drive thru and 3-4 customers inside? They need to close or getmanagement that can take control and handle it. This is also not the first time they've been this horrible. Took 20/30 mins forthem to make a burger and fries on another occasion. This will definitely be the last time I go there though. Read more

This place is the rock bottom of fast food in Winona. Easily the rudest, most incompetent employees that can?t get anything... right. ?Understaffed? isn?t an excuse for constantly getting orders wrong. They?ve just become complacent with this type ofservice, so why is this place even open still? The other reviews don?t lie. Also, DoorDash drivers who don?t address theseerrors before driving away are just as bad. What a waste of money and space bringing this place to Winona. Read more

Ordered online and still sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes! They didn't have Impossible Whopper. Didn't have Iced... Tea. Didn't give zesty sauce for onion rings and whopper is SATURATED in mayonnaise. Never going back! Read more

I love Burger King and was looking forward to one in Winona. But, each time, they failed to get my order right. The usual wait... time in the drive thru is 15 minutes. This last time, I had to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes, just to get the wrongorder. Then, I went inside, to get the wrong order again. After the third time, I got the right order only to be told I stillhave to pay for the food I never ordered. Don't waste your time or money. Read more

The staff was really rude. When we were ordering she was just rushing us to make it quick. She wasn't even stopping to listen to... what I had to say and take my rewards code. Anyways, we ordered quick and left. They messed up our order big time. First of all,we ordered double cheeseburger and received just a single cheeseburger. Then they forgot to give us our chicken fries for bothour orders. We realized after we got home and then we went back and asked for it. They said that they gave it in there so theydon't know why it's missing. I didn't have the time and patience to argue so I left. Get better employees, really reallydisappointed. Not sure if I'm gonna go again and highly recommend people to stop going there. Read more

A lot has changed the last few months on my last three visits, which we're all good experiences. Outgoingly friendly and even at... non-prime hours in the day, I had the first HOT Burger I think I've had at any Burger King in the last 10 years, maybe more. Waswonderful. Go to any of the Rochester Burger King's and room temperature is what you'll get. I think the new management is outfor survival, going out of their way to make things hot and fresh to order like Culver's which makes a huge difference in theexperience. Read more

2 months ago Burger King messed up so badly I would of never went back there ever again. Today I seen a sign saying under new... management. I said hey maybe they got the kinks out finally to myself. When up to the drive thru and asked for my meal and to mysurprise they actually asked me if this saying my meal over was correct? Placed a simple order of a bacon cheeseburger meal combo and an additional bacon cheeseburger sandwich only. Drive-through... worker confirmed my order and then again while I was paying. Received wrong sizes and incomplete order. I was then told byanother worker to come into the store if I wanted to continue ordering, even though she admitted they made the mistake. Not thefirst time having issues here. I see now why they no longer use the phrase "Have it your way". Read more
