Extremely disappointed with Little Caesars Winona. I advise a student club for Winona State University and on two instances now... they have not be able to accommodate a purchase order form from WSU. Sept. 5 - no one working knew how to process a purchaseorder so I had to use an alternative form of payment. Then, when we ordered 15 plain cheese pizzas, they gave us 15 pepperonipizzas that we terribly cut. While waiting for the order, I asked the staff what's the best way to use a field purchase ordergoing forward and they said to just call to place my order about an hour before we want to pick them up. Oct. 16 - I called anhour and a half before I would have liked to get the pizzas, and the phone was passed to 3/4 different staff members because noone knew how to do a purchase order. Then, the last young lady I spoke to told me that they were unable to accommodate my order(15 plain cheese pizzas) because I needed to call 4-hours in advance and rudely told me to go somewhere else with my order -which is exactly what I did and will continue to do going forward. Worst service, Worst food. Asked for Italian Cheese Bread? Was told they have pepperoni pizza, lunch combos & crazy bread. Asked... if I could get an Italian Cheese Bread? Was told again that they have pepperoni pizza, lunch combos & crazy bread. She wouldn'tmake me an Italian Cheese Bread. Took a pepperoni pizza, it was not cut through. The pizza crust was thick in some spots andthin in other. To much sauce. Not enough Cheese, it didn't even cover the entire pizza. Don't bother stopping at thislocation!!! Read more
Took my order and lost it, explained my situation and asked for my money back ,she was rude and refused to give it to me..pizza... maker was rubbing his hands in hair making pizzas while on his cell phone.very bad experience and never will return. Read more
You get what you pay for. Pizza and sticks are pretty solid, good prices. but little Ceasers gotta step up the wing game in... order to get a higher review from me personally Read more
Tasty & economical pizzas. Had some calzone pizzas that were good with pepperoni & some cheese & sausage pizzas. Good... times. There was a bit of wait even though we didn't go in after notification that our order was ready. I'm sure it wasbecause they were very busy. We had 6 pies. Read more
The deep dish pizza and Italian bread taste good but I'm pretty sure they were not supposed to have any crust.
