What's the point of having the curbside pick up in the alley, if you have to go through the entire drive thru just to get there... due to employees blocking the alley. Also the past 2 times alone I have ordered the toy is missing from the happy meal. And ofcourse no one answers the phone. Read more

Downtown Winona location has to be the slowest McDonald's in the world! It's hard to pick up/ be on time with door dash orders... when I'm sitting in line for over 20 min. This location is closest to my home and I won't even come here on my personal timebecause driving to a different location is still faster! They tried giving me apple pies when I ordered 8 holiday pies. They only had 3 holiday pies.
