Thursday 9/1/22 I tried call to order a pizza at 7:30, thinking a 1/2hr should be enough time for them to make it. 3 phone calls... go unanswered, all the while I'm getting my things and heading there. The 4th call is answered by some guy, who asks to put meon hold for a min, 3-4min later I get hung up on. Another 2 calls go unanswered, the 3rd call is picked up by a female, who alsoasks to put me on hold, and after a couple minutes of waiting I get hung up on again! Im nearly to the place at this time & its7:46 and when I show up there is only a girl inside finishing cleaning with the lights off & she wouldn't acknowledge that I'mat the window! Then, a car pulls in the parking area, im in my car by the drive thru area, and someone inside must've motionedfor the car to go around to the back, so I reverse to where I can see the back of the store & here the guy comes out to hand hisbuddy 2 free pizzas! What a fine establishment, complete with a couple of employees that need to find different jobs since theyclearly don't wanna do the job they have! Read more

We came in 3 minutes till close and received excellent customer service from Jason and another gentleman in spite of our late... arrival. I went there on April 2nd. Ordered a cowboy pizza. Wanted Canadian bacon instead of pepperoni and sausage. Well I only got the... Canadian bacon around the edge of the pizza nothing else. The extra cheese was in the middle of the pizza. Plus no mixed onionson top. I was so disappointed. Then the salad I ordered was so bad too. 90 percent greens which was not even crispy and atablespoon of cheese on top maybe 12 little prices of chicken. I can say that I probably won't go back there and just stickwith jacks from the grocery store.... At least that will have the Canadian bacon thought the pizza. So that's all I have to say. Read more

Very, very expensive. I bought one medium one topping with extra cheese and a large garlic chicken it was $31. I haven't spent... that much on pizza in a long time and I still had to take it home and cook it myself. Last time I ordered from Domino's I got amedium specialty pizza 8 wings and a brownie for$25 with tip. It was hot and delivered to my door. Just think Papa Murphys hasgotten to expensive. Read more

To remain competitive I suppose they have to do the online order thing like everyone else so that it's fast and convenient. My... experience with Papa Murphy's in Winona is that every time I ordered online I still had to wait for my pizza at the pick upwindow well after the time it was said to be ready. The first time I waited 20 minutes. The second time, today, they hadn't evenstarted making my pizzas and so I waited a good 20 minutes. Not super fast, not super convenient, not super happy. Did I do it wrong? Lol? The meat pizza was salty. Chicken bacon artichoke had WAY too much Italian seasoning. The only reason I... gave 3 stars was because the cinnamon wheel was absolutely amazing!
