Manager Wyatt was super helpful and was patient with me walking me through my order. Consistently undercooked pizza; I really don't know why we continue to order. The one time we get bread sticks, they are burnt.... They're really fast with delivery but it seems to come with the cost of undercooked food. Read more
If you need to speak with them on the phone be prepared to wait. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get them to pick up after... their online system switched my order to carry out instead of delivery and you cannot cancel an order online. Have had thisissue every time I needed to get ahold of them the past few months because my coworkers asked me to order from here. Read more
I kind of enjoyed my experience this time.i odered online and i called the store to double check that my order went in Ordered... triple treat box. No waiting and we enjoyed the pizza, garlic bread sticks, cookies and the wings. Really enjoyed our meatlovers and veggie lovers CYOP. Location is very accessible near the highway, QEW going Niagara Falls. I will definitely goback and do the online order. Read more
Breadsticks were awesome, chicken wings were really good, and the pizza was great! Not very many good sit-down pizza places left... in Winona, so we tried Pizza Hut on a whim after a really tough and chewy $18 pizza from Roccos a couple of weeks ago. We werevery happy with Pizza Hut! Read more
This pizza hut is consistently terrible. Tonight they not only made the wrong pizza (just like last time), but it's also so thin... it's like cardstock. Not even as thick as cardboard, although it tastes like it. The sauce is also wrong, doesn't taste likeother pizza huts, it's too sweet and thicker. Read more
Rating 4 because they seem to be improving under new management. In the past I've had a few orders incorrectly made. Their... customer service seems to be a bit disorganized with miscommunication as well. Once I was able to speak with the new localmanager, they seemed to genuinely care enough to make things right. Having said that, the past few orders were fast, fresh, andmade correctly. Read more
Staff were rude. They didn't greet you at the register to let you know they'd be with you in a moment or when they were ready to... take your order. They just looked at you with a "well what do you want" face once they were done chatting. While I like to savemoney from a delivery charge, I'd rather get delivery to not have to deal with rudeness.
