Went to the drive thru at the subway on Gilmore ave, and got two of the same sandwiches one was completely fine and the other... looked like this which is absolutely disgusting. This is completely unacceptable for a almost 10$ sandwich. I am not one to makea review but I truly will never go to this location again!!!! Read more
At 8:40 PM worker comes to the door and locks it AS I was walking in. This is the Subway across from Hyvee... She says sorry,... lobby's closed. I looked at the time, looked at the sticker on the door, and said doesn't it close at 9? Profit margins forSubways are not that great to begin with and If I owned this particular restaurant I would be very upset at her behavior. Read more
Stopped with my grandchildren at Gilmore Ave. Worker had blue jean short shorts on that showed her cheeks should have walked out... then she was rolling out the rugs bending over and my grandson mind you 13 years of age It was very awkward and even thoughshe had gloves on when rolling out the matts she took the gloves off and no washing of hands put new gloves on and started tomake sandwiches Saturday 5:30 pm May 14th Check your camera's !! Stopped for a quick bite with my kids on a weekend. Store was clean and not too busy. Staff was friendly and quick to take &... make our order. Veggies were fresh and crisp, everything on the line looked in great condition. The gentleman who rang up theorder threw in extra napkins for the kids, small gesture but this tired mama appreciated to not have to go back up and ask.Bathrooms were clean and accessible. Read more
