This is a good place for their dollar menu. I like ordering from the $1 menu then drive home and add more condiments to the... order, like more cheese, lettuce, cream, tomato, taco sauce, more meat or any other way to doctor it up. Read more
Have had Taco Johns in years. Went back recently and enjoyed the food.
The best taco john's we have ever eaten at! Very good food always made to perfection.
Not a huge fast food fan but I had to go back and see if they had the old college staple, "six pack and a pound" and sure enough... they did but it's not 5 bucks anymore but that was also 35 years ago so I was expecting it to still be. The potato oles arestill hot and tasty and the tacos are ok but it's what I was expecting. Getting too old to be able to eat this regularly but itwas fun to check it out. Plus it feed three of us as I took it to my parents and they each had a taco and some oles!! Read more

Soft shell tacos with sour cream....da bomb! Have always loved the food here. The young girl taking cash at the window at lunch... time on Tuesday needs to look like she's not so miserable working there. Read more
They changed thier winning recipe for their meat in there foods ..now its copies taco bell.....go back too the old recipe for... taco johns of the 1980s thur 2015 ....they also change their cheese sauce..used too be more of a white cheese..Gees taco johnswhy did u change ....upset customer. The lady who was working the front counter was very friendly and even remembered that it was taco Tuesday which was awesome on... her part as an employee. Another great thing that day I don't know if it was the owners of the store or district management thatwas there working as well and I was really impressed that they had more then just three people working. Another great thing isthat they had an employee running out orders to tables as well. That's a great change for Taco John's from my past experiencesthere. I hope that you guys keep it up this way!
