No cheese on my burger. Also, stop watering down the ketchup.
Had to wait forever and then the tea had zero ice in it. The lady working the drive thru was overwhelmed and rude. Pulled back... around because once I left I realized they gave the wrong tea. Once again was rude, like I'm supposed to take what they give meand not what I ordered. By the way, there were zero customers inside and 3 cars in the drive thru. Read more
Ordered a plain cheese burger with cheese only. They gave us one with everything. Took it back to the counter and they gave us... one green mold on it and again with mustard in the same wrapper from the first sandwich with Mayonnaise all over it. Ridiculous. Read more
Update (Sept 2022): This BK is still 5 stars. Also, their Android app has been fine-tuned & is now very excellent. The... restaurant is always clean and efficient. Since I am old, I go inside the restaurant to place my order with the aid of thestaff. In summary their sandwiches, fries and drinks are excellent. Pulled up just after 10am ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. My order was handled quickly and correct. The people there were nice.
Keisha didn?t make me feel too welcomed. She introduced her girlfriend to me who also works here which is why I felt that way.... ?Hey Keisha how you doing today?? ?I?m doing good but I got a girlfriend and she don?t play.? Not sure about anyone else, but,aside from me being charming, I clearly didn?t ask anything like that or imply it. I?ll admit, I was flirty, but moreso justexcited to get food?? Food came fast, but when I asked for a salt, she says, ?hold own? and walks away. A lady with a really badlimp went and got it for me while keisha I suppose went to answer her text message. My food got cold during all of this. Ididn?t make a fuss because I know how relationships can kinda overrule good judgment or even common sense. Let?s just forgetabout Burger King and my need for CONDiments. This is a serious thing here, her and the dark skinned ?girlfriend? with thegapped smile about 5?5 210 pound-ish. Sunday afternoon 2:50p Winona, MS was out of ketchup and had to refill bbq packets. Italian crispy chicken sandwich was goood!... Fries were good and thru the app I got a free upgrade from medium to large fry. Not a truckers happy spot. Needs coffee allhours of the day or at least make a new pot with order.
