I never leave reviews but I am really hoping management will read this. First no dark meat chicken and no biscuits were... available. We asked for forks and the ones given were short plastic kiddie forks that fit on your finger. The staff had zeroidea about how to treat customers, especially the one at the register. Just shouted huh, whenever a question was asked.Absolutely could care less about service. I chose what I thought was Pepsi according to the label but it was some mixture ofdrinks, definitely not Pepsi. I can?t imagine this place will stay open long. Pretty sure the only thing keeping them open isthe fact they are one of only about 4 fast food places in the area. Women?s restroom was also out of order. I could say more butI doubt it would do any good. Read more
Employees need more Customer Service training , if Management doesn't care this location needs to close permanently. Covid is... real people and this place is not clean. Read more
The Staff had a great attitude despite working while the building was in repair status food was fresh and hot.
We stopped going months ago due to poor mgmt and sub-par food quality. However, they seem to have turned it around. KFC... quality, great tasting chicken. Short staffed but a great young lady at the counter. Clean but could use a little sprucingup. Read more
Nice friendly staff admitted to forgetting they forgot they told me to wait in parking lot. After going drive-thru for a pot pie... & water. I had to wait on my pot pie 10 or 15 mins. I was rewarded a free leg piece chicken & cookie. Their food is excellent &prepared well. I don't understand why fast food isn't lived up to in Winona. Read more

If there was a way to screw up a food line, then this was the perfect example! A simple order that was asked from me 3... different times, and was still screwed up on service. Not only did I not get the side dish I paid extra for, but the chickentasted like it was made the night before, and I had gone for the lunch time. The restaurant seating was border line disgusting,as the tables were dirty and the trash cans were full. One of the restrooms was out of service, and people were washing theirhands at the soda fountain. There are a multitude of other fast food restaurants in this area. Eat here at your own risk. Went here on a Monday at 7:00 pm . No customers in store . First thing we were told when we walked in is we don?t have any... chicken . Keep in mind it?s 7 and they are open till 10 . Restrooms were nasty . Just put this place out of misery and close thedoors . Read more
