If this is the MacDonald's on the hill in Louisville, MS off of Hwy 25, they need serious customer service training!! The one... employee that took our order acted like we were wasting her time!! I worked in food service, the employees are not trained atall the way we were and I will call a manager to the window in a heart beat when customer service procedures are not beingpracticed!! Kiosk weren't working correctly. Placed order at the counter and waited. When order number was called, half my order was... missing. Was made to feel like I was putting out the staff just to get my order correct. Read more
Jesus please take the wheel.... I truly don't know where to begin so I will begin in positivity..... Thank you Ms. Brenda for... attempting to correct the situation. However, in my opinion, there seems to be some confusion about the difference betweenservice and entitlement.... In detail, we visited this McDonald's on 10/22/22 about 2:20. We had multiple meals on the sameorder. (Similar, but different for each family member. ) We noticed that the oder was entered incorrectly by Ms. Porsha (Sorryif spelled incorrectly. ) Therefore, we asked her to repeat the order back to us. At this point, we were given an unbelievableattitude, asif clarity wasn't a part of the job description. Therefore, we asked her again to "PLEASE" repeat the order backto us.... At this point, she starts running through the order so fast that we couldn't distinguish Adam from Eve.... After asking her to slow down, and clarify. the attitude hit its peak.. We politely asked for Ms. Porsha's name, in which she refusedto provide. Ms. Porsha's statements directing us to the window were elevated enough that Ms. Brenda stepped in.... The order wasentered, but we still came up short on a few items.... I will take the loss just to avoid this environment again... I wouldrather visit my dentist then to stop here again. Little slow at drive thru but not the worse. Both ladies at windows were nice. I just grabbed a triple cheeseburger for $3.79.... Was good. Great job. Read more
Drive through attentents was very polite and prompt. Food was delicious and hot I was very pleased. Very little wait time also!
This McDonald's has always had the best biscuits. I always visit on my way back to Missouri. So many fast food places have... biscuits that are hard on the edges and I end up throwing half of it away trying to remove the hard edges but not here! And ifyou've never had mustard on a sausage biscuit, do yourself a favor and try it! ???? Read more
I have not been a fan of McDonald?s since they made the Big Mac so small. This was the fastest I have ever gotten my order and... the lady working the register was great. Clean very clean place. You can tell they care. Read more
The floor was slippery. I think it's the tile and some sort of cleaning product used. However, that was not overwhelming... important. The food was prepped hot and on the spot. I received food that looked similar to the advertised versions on thetelevision. Which was surprising. But I had no complaints. I asked for no onions. I received no onions. Fries were nice andfresh. Drive through was packed. Lots of spacious seats inside. This is an update from this exact same restaurant that I hadvisited probably 3 or 4 years prior. A lot of work and renovation has been done.
