Fresh fresh and hot fries best I've had was right here.
I'm going to drive across town from now on when I want McDonald's. Tonight was terrible!!! Food okay, I guess, my family said... so, mine wasn't in the order. They gave me half my order, told me to wait, apparently they gave the other half to anothervehicle. I called, after waiting awhile, to see if they had forgotten about me, they had. They told me they would redo my order,great, I waited yet again. They brought me my food gave me some coupons and were apologetic. I didn't check the order ( figuredthey could get the idea of 4 fries and 4 sandwiches). Upon arriving home, turns out one qp was missing. Really bad, missing food driver thru is slow. Then you try and call about the missing food no one answers
Beware! Was overcharged 3x the amount of our meal. When i called and reported it, was told they would have their office... investigate it and i should expect a refund in 2 weeks. Never received any refund or follow-up. Read more
I went to McDonald's in Winslow Maine tonight and not only did we have to pull over and wait but my quarter pound with cheeseeal... is HORRIBLE RUBBERY AND BLACKENED ON ONE SIDE on top of that the burger literally hangs off one side of the bin and all thecondiments are running down the other side of the bun.i called the store and they just said they were sorry and IF I wanted tocome back tonight they'd replace my fries!! They are very kind and friendly I use to work at that one so I understand how busy it gets. I don't mind waiting if I have to... always very nice im the mute one so I either order inside or mobile order. Alot of people don't want ro read of off a screen totake my order so yeah but overall great Read more
