Girls are very polite and wicked fast at making subs!
Very friendly sake thing happens to me all the time so I won't fault them for it. People assume when I walk in I can talk they... realized after reading my badge that says Mute not Deaf that, that's why I ordered online. I saw it click in there heads like ohok that's why he didn't come in makes since. Every place I go assumes I can talk its ok I've gotten use to it by now the twoworkers who were there where very friendly I didn't get there names but thank you. Read more
Got two sandwichs I did not order for takeout, totally different that what I order, not happy when spend the money!!!!
The young lady that waited on my boys and I ( do not remember her name. Wished I did.) On 3/22/22@ 615-630 pm. Went above and... beyond her customer service duties. Was very prompt upon us entering to assist us with our order, overly patient with my tworambunctious boys. Extremely diligent in the making of all 3 sandwiches at once by herself. If I'd of had cash I would havesnuck her ten bucks as a tip. Informed me that they have to tip share and if you tip through the computer they tax the tip. Asshe was the one helping us I believe there shouldn't be a tip share. Tips should be based on personal performance alone. If oneis exceeding in her duties and one is not. The one who isn't should not share in the tips. But overall I do love this subway inparticular. Everyone's friendly smiling happy people. Read more

Excellent customer service. I had a very nice man named Alex helping me, he kept the conversation strong for most of my visit.... The restaurant was relatively slow, I was the only one there. While I was sitting eating my sandwich and his young man came tocheck on me and made sure my sandwich was up to par, it was in fact very good. He even took care of my trash for me when I wasfinished! This young man should be what every server should strive to be. 5/5 stars will come again. Read more
