They either need to hire people or shut down the store. It's the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to, they do a pretty decent job... of getting orders right. But slow is an understatement. Along with that the lobby is NEVER open so if you send an on the go fromthe app you are stuck waiting in the drive through line. I wish I was exagering when I say I spend 25 minutes in drive through.That alot of people's work commutes. Spent sitting in drive through, hire more people or close the store. One of the worst Dunkin's I've been too. Never open on the inside and anytime my boyfriend and I go in drive thru they always... get his coffee wrong every morning. Today he got 4 bagels told them NOT to toast them and then they toasted 3 out of the 4 andthey burned them. Definitely the worst. I'm surprised they are still open. Read more
Drink was done and instead of saying something they just put it on the Uber eats area. And another person had to come up an ask... did you order this. Then instead of saying sorry here you go, she just puts it in a different place not saying anything thenjust walked away. Too bad you can't give zero stars. Employees get rude and visually upset when you give them a complex order. Thought about... writing the order on paper for them to reference while making it but I doubt that would help. The chances of them getting yourorder correct are slim to none. I've had them lie about a coffee that was incorrectly made, after ordering the same thing foryears the customer knows what it should taste like. No need to get rude and lie about the contents of the cup. Just skip thislocation. Read more
This one of the nicest Dunkin donuts around, if not the most best. The place looks good, clean, and the food is well prepared.
Placed mobile order for walk in pickup, due to short staff had to go through drive through. Slowest dunkin I been too. Then... received an inaccurate order and didn?t find out until I was home that a drink was incorrect and the customized 12 donuts wechose were all wrong. Not worth it to go back and wait for another 20-30 minutes in the line to get it corrected. Superunsatisfied, if they can?t support the staff they need to close this location, it?s not the only one in the area so luckily inthe future I can easily avoid here. Read more
