They have come along way and doing wayyy better than before Definitely need to keep my mac n cheese!! It's a shame, the food is normally better here. I couldn't even make change. Had to use a charge card exact? The chicken nuggets... were hot as all get-out, the fries were cold and so is the roast beef. What a shame considering that they weren't very busy atall. Wonder why? Read more
We wait 15 minutes behind one car to order. Then 58 more minutes to get cold food. At least 5 employees that we could see inside... drive through. Problem was big orange afro and another employee with yarn braids were using the drive through as the datinggame. Laughing passing phones back and forth with a guy in a silver truck. Pot smoke pouring out the window... Looks like alifetime connection for their love lives which is great, not so much for us after being on the road 4 hours and starving. Thenew hamburger they have, I am sure would have been the bomb if we had not waited until it was cold. Fries were uneatablecompletely!!! No more night shift visits there. DAY time rocks it though!!! Was greeted upon entry to the restaurant and the associate was nice. We placed our order and she was pleasant throughout even... though I had my two children. There was no tray which was a little odd but everything was bagged. Two quick things to note wasthat the sweet tea was behind the counter and not self serve. Secondly was the ketchup self serve was broken and not in use. We asked for ketchup and received plenty but the packs were sticky and yucky so clearly a pack had leaked. The tables were notvery clean but were getting wiped down while we were eating. The last concern was the French fries. The flavor was good but apet peeve of mine is lack of fresh. I had the Diablo chicken sandwich. And I didn't think it was hot at all. The chicken on the sandwich was disappointing. For a $6... sandwich it could have been way better than that. Didn't even need to drink the free shake that comes with it. Read more
Great food. Cashier needs training on how to greet and deal with people. Acted like they could have cared less.
