Got a 5 piece supreme combo, in the box was 4 chicken supremes, over seasoned small amount of fries. Not to mentioned my pink... lemonade was watered down! Compared to others, I can give them props for actually having BBQ sauce and putting it in the box??????????? Read more
For the longest time, I've loved bojangles. My kids even loved it. I don't know what's happened at this location but it was... downhill a while back and recently it just fell off a cliff with how bad it is. My wife and I both have been there within thelast 3 months at dinner time (5-6 pm) and they told us they were out of chicken. Out of chicken at dinner time??? When they didhave chicken, the order was always wrong. Wrong sides. Wrong toppings on sandwiches. Even wrong type of chicken. I've been todifferent locations and they're all the same. Poor service. We went in Sunday, 07/31/22 @ 2:45pm to order food. 3 employees were standing around in the dining room ignoring me and as we... waited for 5 minutes before leaving. There were 2 people in line at the drive through. An employee was at the window in thedrive through. A man was in the parking lot on the phone fussing that he couldn't get waited on. We left. No food, no serviceand no explanation why or what was going on. We gave it a 1 star because there was no zero there. Read more
I have a coupon for a free fry from Bojangles I've had for years (literally like 6 years). But since I never come here, and it... has no expiration date, it's just been sitting in my car. That is until yesterday, when I took my kids after their dental checkup, for a treat since they've never been to Bojangles before (I know, that already makes me a bad person). Boy, that was amistake. Our order was taken quickly but filled like it was rush hour (it was 3 in the afternoon). The cashier took my free frycoupon with no issues. However, several minutes later, another employee came over and said they wouldn't take it. I was notgiven a reason other than it's a "corporate coupon" (it doesn't say that on the coupon, it just says 1 free seasoned fry). Itried to reason with them - it's my kids first time there and I have a legit coupon - it is REALLY going to put you out ofbusiness to honor a $2 coupon?? Yes, apparently, because she flatly refused. I had to go back to the register and pay for thefries. I know it's not the end of the world, but a store that can't honor a simple request like that, especially for kids whoare coming for the first time, is really a terrible way to deal with your customers. This place has always been terrible I only go here because my brother likes it. Slow service rude workers something always seems... to be down but this is the last straw got breakfast relatively fast this morning as I was eating I see something black and to myhorror it was a dead fly I spit out my food is disgust. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food for some reason. I also asked for extra seasoning 4 times and still got regular... seasoning. It even says ?regular seasoning? on the reciept. I usually love bojangles, but this location is just a mess. Friesare also doughy and just disgusting. Read more
Charges $.50 extra for a 2nd sauce on a 5 piece COMBO. ADVERTISING .25 which is already a rip off on a large combo but charges... MORE than advertised claiming increased ingredient cost... Tell that to Chic-fil-a. Bojangles supremes cost more than a wholechicken but 90% shriveled dried out bread. RIP OFFS. Read more
