The food was great. The order was wrong but the employees fixed it quickly and were all very pleasant. A man obviously on drugs... was in the restraunt which was concerning but I bought him a meal and he seemed more controlled. Read more

Had no chicken besides spicy tenders, waited 20+ minutes for 3 sandwiches and all 3 came out wrong, overall not a clean and well... kept store. Tables, dining room and bathrooms were dirty with less than a handful of customers and all the employees standingaround. The only good thing was the sandwhiches we did get and had no choice but to eat because we couldn't wait any longertasted good. Read more

Disgusting dining room, no clean tables to be found. Floors were covered in trash. My wife says bathrooms were gross. The... supervisor was touching food without gloves. Lots of cross contamination. Food was ok kind of rubbery. 3pc Portions were smallfor 9 bucks like a kids menu. At least the staff was friendly took about 15 minutes and didn't look short staffed. Go to KFCinstead. Read more
Horrible customer service. We only stop there to get fries and macncheese. First they forgot to give napkins and a bag and then... there was no spoon in there and i turned around to go there again for a spoon. Read more
Waiting for drive thru at least 15 minutes everytime I go.. Order is always messed up missing items or items not correct.... Corporate Bojangles don't care about the people anymore. You shouldn't give them your business! This is coming from someone thatworked for them as well... See the pics below????. My advice is never to drink from the fountain. The tips arnt ever clean...Same goes for the milkshake machines and such. Read more
Todays visit was top notch. Biscuits fresh. Chicken fresh. Fries good. Drive thru attendant was kind and delivered her job with... a smile. Went in for seasoning and another employee went out of his way. Excellent job! Read more
