4 stars for this one. Evening Manager needs to lighten up just a tad. Seems wound up. Was ignored when we walked in due to some... guy, not an employee hanging out in the area where the staff goes in and out, and hugging/talking to some girl that did walkback that way. Brand New waitress was on top of everything - great customer service. Cagney's food always good. I get sick easywith cold air blowing on me and asked the waitress if they could turn the ceiling fan off over me. She asked management, but 20mins later I asked again. She had been told by the manager they could not turn that fan off due to it would turn the lights off. I had to ask to move to an empty table at that point where the ceiling fan was not on. Read more
Had a great breakfast date with my dad! The food was fantastic, the staff was so friendly and it was the best time I spent with... my dad after a really rough start to this year!! Thank you to the staff for making an 84 yr old man very happy!! Read more
The menu is too large to be able to offer quality food. It tastes frozen. They need to scale it down and get better quality... ingredients. Honestly, I?ve had fast food that was better. Read more
I ordered the breakfast special for Monday. I picked my choice of eggs side and bread. Those were the only choices you had to... choose from. When I got home there was no smoked sausage which is the daily special. I called and explained that the smokedsausage was missing only to be told there was no smoked sausage on the ticket. I explained that I ordered the special which issmoked sausage and the girl who answered just kept saying there wasn?t any smoked sausage on the ticket. This conversation wasfrustrating and useless. Cagney?s is our local go to. It is a classic breakfast place (but we love it for every meal) ? the servers are always extra... sweet and make you feel super welcome and at home. Highly recommended. Read more
We usually get take-out from there about every other week and the food is normally pretty good. But tonight we ordered our usual... and when we got home with the take out containers, they looked like they had been tossed in the air before they were put in thebag. There was mac and cheese sauce all over everything and a fried chicken sandwich was basically inedible. I called and voicedmy disappointment in our meals and was given a half-hearted "sorry" by the manager on duty. Needless to say, we will not beback....EVER! Read more
My wife and I used to be frequent customers. Today was the first time we visited in over a year. We both were very disappointed... in the quality of their food. I've never had ribs as dry and tasteless as the ones they charge $12.95 on special for. My wifehad chicken monterrey and the best thing about it was the baked potato. Veggies were just mush instead of crisp and fresh.Chicken was on the dry side as well. They have raised food prices but lowered food quality. Just to be clear, they waitress andall other wait staff was top notch. I lay the sole blame of this experience on the owners. You've taken a great restaurant andruined it. BBQ order had a sauce I really couldn?t connect with. It definitely wasn?t eastern. It definitely wasn?t Lexington style. Left... my pallet with a taste I have never had before.
