Perfect night out for my birthday!!! The food here is absolutely delicious! Manager, Sabrina Wielandt and her staff were... AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly, kind and very attentive to detail. Very professional and always ready to serve! We have beencoming to this Carrabba?s for almost 20 years. It was great then and it is awesome now! Just keeps getting better! I don't normally give 5 stars across the board but this Carrabba's was excellent. Our server, Makiyah, was awesome. She was... super friendly and very attentive. My first tea was not sweet. When she offered me a second, she said it was sweet. She tastedit to be sure. Made us laugh. The food was really good. I am very particular about my steak. My 10oz sirloin was perfectlycooked, seasoned very well and almost melted in your mouth. I have to say, it was the best steak I have ever had. My complimentsto the cook. The place was amazing. The staff was cordial and inviting. The manager Sabrina was fantastic. She made it a point to go to each... and every table to see how other customers dining experience was. It's a very peaceful atmosphere. Food was great. The salmon is perfection! I ordered a new mixed drink, it was fruity and... blended flawlessly. My waiter was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I will be back. Read more

Had the best experience then I?ve had in a long time. Ashley was amazing and especially with our kiddos. We had 2 small children... with us and they were starting to get grumpy because of the long wait for our food but perked right up when Ashley brought themcrayons and kid menus that I assumed if you provided those they would have provided them prior to seating. The food is not cheap is what I realized and I think that they cut back on the size of the portions., But it was still a decent... portion I didn't go home hungry.. There was a little bit of a delay in getting the food.... But that's because you know of thestaffing shortages. My daughter treated us to a great meal today. The best part of the meal besides being with my family was the waiter.Daniel S. He... has been a waiter for 40 years and you can tell . Very professional and polite.I remember before the so called pandemic hitthere were more waiters and waitresses like this but now no one wants to work or if they are they don?t want to do their job .It Is very refreshing to have people like Daniel still willing to work and taking care of us . Our experience last night made us decide we would not be coming back to this location. We?ve always had pretty good food here... and last night the restaurant was not crowded and it took about a hour to get our main entrees. It took so long that we told thewaitress to just box our order to go, I ordered pork chops with extra Marsala sauce. The cup on the left was the extra order.When we got home we prepared to eat. I poured the sauce on my pork chops and potatoes and was horrified when I took a bite! Thesauce tasted like pure water! My food was ruined as I put the sauce all over it. The food here has gotten progressively worse, Iknow Covid made finding help difficult but the food is not good here anymore. Our waitress was wonderful but our food wasterrible.
