It used to be the best CF in town. What happened? AbsoluteTHE WORST now! If I have a drink, I need the straw. If I specified... sauces that means I need these sauces! But the trophy goes to not putting main meal items in my bag (strips, sandwiches). Getready to when you call frustrated to hear some 15 yo claiming to be store manager and "apologising" to you with exciting tone ofvoice like she just scored a prize for screwing over your entire family meal. 7 orders out of last 10 had MISSING items! Typical experience, yet slowly getting slower. Concerning that the drive thru pa system seems to continue to have issues,... surely that can get fixed quickly based on the volume in business? Always nice, clean and efficient drive thru. This particular location has been well managed and organized for at least 8 years.... It is no wonder they are always busy. The Chick-fil-A Experience ( Drive-thru Experience). On this day, I wanted a salad and knew Chick-fil-A don't play when it comes... to delivering fast, good service. So, I went through their drive-through and placed my order in no time. I ordered their SpicySouthwest Salad without chicken that comes with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, a blend of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses,roasted corn, black beans, poblano chilies, and red bell peppers. It also comes with seasoned tortilla strips and chili limepepitas. I also asked for their balsamic salad dressing. Once home, I was ready to eat. I enjoyed my salad. There is no otherexperience like the Chick-fil-A experience compared to other fast-food eateries. You know there is a major issue when you haveto wait, and you always get a "my pleasure" when saying thank you. That's an establishment that will continue to get my businessas long as they continue to provide good customer service. Read more

This location use to be really great. They had a new worker that keyed my order wrong and then I asked for extra crackers for... both of us twice and he wasn?t very accommodating. He didn?t have a good attitude. Disappointing. Read more
