My husband and I have been at this establishment more than a few times. It?s never really been bad, until yesterday. I ordered a... chicken caesar salad. When the salad came out,it was literally the size of a side salad with chicken. The price was over $10.I?m not one to send back food or make a fuss,so I dealt with it. I?ll never order that salad again. And this place should knowbetter. If you don?t have the produce to make the salad,don?t charge full price. Read more
I took my daughter here for her birthday last night and she invited 25 people. I call ahead and was welcome in with no problem.... The customer service was awesome. The hostess sit us quickly. There was one young lady working our table along and she wasawesome. We tried not to run her to much, but she handled her self so well. The food come out at one time hot and fresh. You gotyour money worth. Also thank you for allowing me to bring in a cake and they put it up until we were ready to serve it. I wouldlike to add the restaurant was clean and not over crowded. The Chili's Grill & Bar Experience ( Dine-in Edition). I'm not a stranger to Chili's and thought I would go for a nice lunch... meal. I had an idea what I wanted and, upon entering and led to my table. I ordered their potato soup to start with and theirtwo spicy chile-lime shrimp tacos in flour tortillas with pico, cilantro, avocado, coleslaw, and queso fresco. The tacos alsocome with chips & salsa. While waiting for my food, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Upon entering the restroom, I knewsomeone did not thoroughly clean it. Although I was there not too soon after Chili's opened, the trash bins were not empty butsomewhat full, and the floor felt slightly sticky. Once arriving back at my table, my potato soup was waiting on me. The soupwas watery today and did not taste like normal. However, my tacos and chips, and sala were good. The service was good, and I hadno complaints about that. Would I return to this Chili's location? I am unsure because Chili's is a pretty well-known chain.With COVID still riding our coattails, for me, cleanliness is the top priority. It makes me afraid to see what the kitchen lookslike if someone does not ensure the bathroom is ready for the public. Also, consistency is essential to me. Took almost an hour for food to get to the table! Everything was cold. My fajitas were cool enough that I could hold my... fingers on the metal skillet! Chicken in picture over cooked and hard as a rock! Could not eat it and left this table of food. What a waste of time. Very disappointed. Read more
We were told up front that there was a shortage on servers. So we did end up having to wait for a little at 12 on Tuesday. But... nevertheless the server we had busted her butt for all the tables she had. Offering great customer service and as timely serviceas she could. The food was fantastic and hot, can't forget to mention absolutely amazing taste, probably the best Chili's mealI've had. I have a tremendous amount of thankfulness for the servers that's have done the best that they can through covid. Iknow it has been challenging not only with employees not showing up but also customers being not as understanding. wanted a good drink and a tasty appetizer before heading g home. The bar was trashed. I order assuming it would be clear... promptly was it was not. After receiving my drink I noticed the bar tender was concerned with dirty ates on the bar. I didn'tthink I would enjoy my food eating g amongst are the mess. Not to cause a uncomfortable experience with the bartender Irequested from the host a change of seating. She explained that the best she could do was to clean the area immediately aroundme.. I declined saying that was unexceptable and that i would like to pay for my drink and go. I canceled my food cause to don'tthink I would enjoy eating it in my car.
