Good server. Decent food. Just shouldn't have ventured out of my comfort zone and ordered something I would normally eat.
Edited 8/21/22 The service and quality of food is really going down fast!!! My family and I will stop getting there. This very... unfortunate! Edited 4/22 After going there for a while now, I think this place is a 3 star for me. not because of food qualitybut because restaurant cleanliness and service! Recently, last 4 times when I went there I see the tables are not cleaned and ifcleaned the trash from the table are in floor in front of me, ( how appetizing right?!) so I waited thinking the server orwhoever will clean it, but no one did. After a while, I got tired and finally decided to clean it myself! Went and took thebroom and dustpan and swept it, not to mention that one of the restaurant employees saw me doing that and she did not evenbother coming to me and saying sorry or even, I will get that for you!!!! One more thing, it takes so long to get the drinks, inmy case 10 minutes, the server disappeared and we didn?t see her until our food was ready after like 45 minutes and whileeating we asked for refills but didn?t get them tell we finished eating!! If this continues I will have to find another grilland bar to be my main one, or my first option when deciding what to eat! Finally, one more thing that upset me is the statement ? so sorry but we are short stafftoday? so I think to myself ok! So what do you want me to do then?? Should I like start making my food and bring my drinks? yesI understand if there are few times were someone is not there or had to call in sick or the restaurant is so busy they can?tkeep up but not every time I go there ! Also, the costumer is not responsible for these issues!! The management of that placehave to take care of this. We choose you for a reason if you can?t fulfill then why bother?! To begin with we waited to be served and once we were noticed it was ? the bartender?. He entertained us like we were under... some big top and the clowns were out. We did although get a fresh bowl of the greasiest chips and salsa at ?no charge?. Drinks? when we finally got some had a funny taste. Did you say silverware none to be had. Main course consisted of the wrongtables food for starters ( did I mention the bar tender told us again he is just a bar tender) chicken tenders were raw. Frenchfries were not brought out initially and had to ask, to include silverware. As for the check?. Remember the meal that wasdelivered to our table? That was part of the check so we were over charge $46. I can see this slight over site.. nonethelessI?ll take myself and family elsewhere and this summed up review is a half star. Read more
By far the worst experience I?ve ever had in a restaurant. If I could give zero stars, I would. Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday... evening. Waited 45 minutes to be seated although the restaurant seemed mostly empty. Totally understand places are short staffedso didn?t mind waiting. When we were finally seated, we noticed the self service tablet covered in gunk and the table andwindow sill were dirty as well. At this point we were really hungry, so we decided to order anyway. I tried to order nachos andthe triple dipper to be told that they were not serving any fried food except for french fries. I thought the waitress waskidding. She wasn?t. By the time we were seated the wait time was an hour and a half for two people. In the 45 minutes we weresitting in the front, never once did the hostess mention the only food items we could order were pasta and steak. We left andwent to Olive Garden next door. We were seated right away. They were fully staffed, the restaurant was clean, and the food wasgreat. Clearly these issues aren?t plaguing the entire area. I?d recommend avoiding this Chili?s at all costs and willpersonally avoid all Chili?s in the future as the under staffing and poor service are not specific to this location. Read more

The food was great and the service was also! Thank you! Update: This was the beginning of what will hopefully be a long love... story between me and your MOLTEN LAVA CAKE! Got back to Indiana and last weekend after Church they asked where I wanted to goto eat of we were to go out. Of course I chose Chili's! I got the steak fajitas which were awesome but I saved room. Iordered 2 lava cakes, one for everyone else to share (2 people) and I ate the other one by myself! Yum! Read more
I ordered a side salad that cost a $1.00 more with my steak meal. I've eatin here several times and never recieved my salad in a... cup. If I wanted a kids salad I wouldve asked for one. Maybe I need to take my business some where else that doesnt cheat therecustomers Read more
Aint nothing but a bunch of whiners doing reviews on here. I absolutely LOVE this place. Amazing food and great service. We sat... at the bar and cherry was out bartender and she was fabulous ????. Very personable. She had us laughing and she constantlychecked on us and we had great conversation. The food was perfect and delicious. Yall keep doing your thing. You can't pleaseeveryone.
