Terrible experience. The staff is incredibly rude and clearly does not care. We went in to order food well before closing and... the staff acted as if we were a burden. They were working on cleaning up for the day hours before closing and clearly did notwant to serve us. I asked for chips and was told they were "out", but could see a lady bagging them at the pick-up window. WhenI asked If I could have some of those, I was told that they were for mobile orders only. Definitely the dumbest excuse I've everheard when she could have been honest and said she was lazy and didn't want to. The manger there needs to get it under controlor it won't last long. Read more
Chipotle Is simply the best. Brandon even gave us extra portions without charging us a penny. Free guacamole too. How can you... beat that? Oh and if you are homeless just head on in and tell them you are hungry. They won't turn you away. Just make sure theperson standing behind you can hear how hungry you are. You might even get some cash money to go with your meal. Just don'tforget to flush the toilet and wipe well. Read more
This chipotle was good at first, but now it is a pile of trash. They usually have your order ready 15 to 20 minutes after it is... supposed to be and they refused to give you a tortilla wrap if you ask. Read more
Good food, but some of the servers are really light with the scoops they give on the bowls. I had to ask the kid to put more... rice & meat because all he gave me was half of a spoonful for the price of my meal. Read more
Horrible experience. Went there for a date night with my husband and ended up taking it to go. They were out of half the stuff... needed to even make orders. They were out of White rice, chips ????, guacamole, fountain drinks?. ect. We were going to eatthere and then just told them to pack it to go since there were no fountain drinks and I know this is small but they didn?t putplastic wear in the bag. It's kind of small on the inside so seating is limited, but they do offer an even smaller outdoor seating area that you can... enjoy. They also have a drive-thru for pre-orders but I would recommend going inside. They tend to drastically short you onthe portions if you order online. Read more
This location is a joke. They routinely screw up orders in the ?Chipotlane? and recently requested that all customers place... online orders as they couldn?t take them in store, which caused massive backups. They must do better. Read more
