Pizza was so greasy we couldn?t eat it. The toppings were cold and fell off the crust when trying to get the slices off the box.... The garlic twists were greasy and cold and the cheese dip was burned. I will not order from this location again. Read more
The late nite slide window is the best feature. I wish other franchise would pick up on this trend. Knollwood was acting all... scared when I was only trying to get some pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas bread and cinnamon twists. Got the food home it was terrible I didn't care my family had covid It was our first... real meal. We were starving. Found a super long blonde hair in my cheese bread. Called they will remake the order. Great I threwit all away. Get all the way back nope they will only remake the bread. No thank you. Won't give a refund. And manager is ahorrible manager and so rude. I will starve to death before I ever spend my money here again. And I will make no one I know evereats here again as well. Read more
Called in order of 2 pizzas, thin crust- double pepperoni and a hand tossed 2 item pizza plus 1 topping - pepperoni, It.sausage... and extra cheese - arrived for pickup, the monitor says my order is ready and they have me waiting because one of the pies didnot get made. After waiting 15 minutes, was handed my order and I left, to get home and find out the pizza that was ready when Igot there was wrong and the one I waited on was scorched. The front counter female offered a 20oz. soda for my wait, before Ileft. I think I deserve my money back after what I saw at home. Read more
My pizza was terribly made. I called back and they said they would only bring me a new one if they took the original pizza back... (which doesn?t make sense because you can?t resell it smh) plus I had already thrown it in the trash. I took a picture beforethrowing it out and said I could show it to the delivery driver but she said no and made me text the picture to somebody?snumber. That?s shouldn?t even be a thing. Sauce was piled up on parts of it and the pepperoni wasn?t even really on the pizza!An hour later still no replacement pizza so I called and they said they didn?t have delivery drivers.
