I've stopped going to Starbucks because of their treatment of workers so I started going to Dunkin instead. I get breakfast and... coffee from here on my way to work as a treat every now and then--I should have been going here first! The staff is SO friendlyand fast. This is usually my go to location but they have been slacking today we got drinks and one of them tasted bad so we took it back... I was polite but the worker never spoke a word to be during the entire thing took it from me and handed me a drink back withoutsaying sorry or anything, if you don?t like your job just find another one, also was told last time no pup cups but got one thistime no issue maybe better trained people would be better for this location. My cold brew also had almost no cold foam on top itwas barely even on there and disappeared within minutes, maybe I?ll have to try and different place from now on? Read more
Last weekend my husband and I visited the Reynolda Rd location. I couldn?t believe how happy and friendly the staff was during... our visit. The service was great and of course the donuts were awesome. I had a hard time deciding between French cruller andapple fritter. The apple fritter won out. The environment and donuts weren?t the only positive about this group. About an hourafter leaving I realized I had forgotten my purse hanging on a chair. I freaked out! I couldn?t find a phone number for thelocation but finally contacted the Hawthorn store. The district manager contacted Reynolda store. They had retrieved my purseand kept it safe. It may have been a very simple thing for them to do. It meant so much to me. As most can attest, my pursehas everything in it. A clean store with great donuts it fabulous. Came in for a quick breakfast and the service was fast and friendly. The staff was very patient as I looked everything over and... was very helpful with suggestions. The avocado toast was way better than expected, it was my first time trying it but it waswell seasoned, tomatoes nicely roasted, and bread the perfect texture. I drive by this place all the time and hadn't noticedthem but I think I'll start coming here for breakfast more often. Read more
I go to this Dunkin almost every morning to order coffee for myself and my husband. The girl that takes my order in the drive... thru is the sweetest and when I order his drink first she knows the rest of my order. She has a great personality with greatcustomer service skills. My drinks are always good here, and I think its one of the best in winston. Drive thru is super fast aswell. I will continue going here from now on! Read more
