This location is awful. They always make matcha wrong. It?s always full of matcha clumps because they refuse to take time to mix... it thoroughly. Whenever I ask them to make it correctly or give them instruction they catch an attitude. I def won?t be back Read more

I?ve visited this dunking about a month ago at 7 o?clock in the morning. Wear a slender young lady who said she was the manager... came especially to the window to confront me along with a friend of hers who threaten my food and said I wouldn?t say anythingto someone who?s making my food. The staff there is very rude and each time I have went my order has not been correct which iswhy I was concerned with this order. However this location is very convenient to my home and I will not visit it because of thestaff and the management. Read more

I always have fast service, employees are nice, but this is the worst tasting coffee from any dunkin. I love dunkin. If I owned... this dunkin on particular I would be ashamed. The ice coffees either have, to much sugar, to much cream, to much flavor syrup orthe exact opposite. Typically I can at least repair the coffee at home but the ones I got today were a waste of money. Read more

I didn't look at the reviews before visiting this location, but I had a wonderful experience. I came in around 7:30am and... ordered 2 "Box o' Joe's" to go for a work function, then ordered a sandwich and cold brew for myself. The cashier was friendlyand professional and had no problem with ringing me up for 2 separate orders. My sandwich and coffee came out within 5 minutesand I was able to have breakfast while I waited. The awesome team had me on my way by 7:45am with the 2 boxes of hot coffee andplenty of cups, lids, creamers and a variety of sugars to go, even though they had a steady stream of drive-thru orders to fillat the same time. I will definitely be back to this location anytime I need coffee for a group, or just as a great way to startmy day. Read more

Absolutely awful. I went this afternoon and three employees were inside but certainly not there to work. A man and two women,... just standing there looking absolutely clueless. I sat at the window waiting to pay for 5+ minutes, completely ignored. I walkin and he looks at me like he?s totally confused on why I?m inside. Why did not one employee think to go to the window and saysorry about the wait we?ll be right with you? There was no one in the drive thru and no one in the store. The one other time Iwent to this location I ordered 50 munchkins on the app and was told they only had 25 and they were unable to do a refund. Neveragain. Seriously management, get employees who actually want to work because this isn?t it. To the employees getting paid, youhad no one, how hard would it have been to make a single coffee?? Read more

I submitted a survey (the one on the receipt) explaining my poor experience with the food. The latte didn?t taste like coffee,... the sandwich bread was wrong, and the sandwich tasted like plastic. At the end of the survey I agreed to be contacted to sharemore information. The representative called later and lacked professionalism and empathy. She was talking at me and did not aska about my experience. I suggested she ask me some questions to understand my experience better. She said that she doesn?t needme to tell her how to do her job, and hug up on me. I reported the interaction immediately to corporate. Read more
