I love first watch! I?ve been there maybe 3 times since they have opened here in the area. Today I have met the most outstanding... server, his name was Roman. When I first walked in Roman laid his eyes right on me and got me seated and ready to go. He wasready to serve and work! Roman knows the menu and I can tell that he loves what he does. He was able to tell me the drink I wastrying to say I wanted before it came out of mouth. When it was time to take my order he knew exactly the Egg hash I wanted totry which was the farmhouse because he said that?s the best one. It was my first time trying it and it was the best pick. Romansenergy was just perfect! Very authentic, and enthusiastic and passionate. I watched him as I ate and he was the light of therestaurant as being a server out of them all that I saw working. I swear he sat and served 2 more families while I was there andI could hear them whispering saying how they liked him as well. He was not playing around with serving his tables and greetingpeople once they walked in. HE IS GREAT!
