I wish I could give no stars on a review like this but the employees here were caught red handed taking pictures of the lady's... debit card both front and back while she was ordering. Big argument ensued and I ended up leaving. Be careful using your debitor credit cards here! Read more

I?ve visited this location sporadically since opening because of the lack of bread quality. I have yet to figure out the best... time to get fresh bread from this location. I?ve been served hard bread first thing in the morning, at lunch when the store isfairly busy, and in the evening. Today was the worse which prompted this review. The bread was hard AND crunchy. I called thestore and tapped on the bread to allow the shift manager to hear. I don?t think bread should have an audible sound?Advice? Dobetter or close up shop. A sub should be one of the easiest things NOT to mess up. The only reason I have even gave one star isbecause the team member working the drive thru was very polite and professional. Read more

So I'm kinda biased because I work here, but I'll say we do try our best to give great customer service. The managers do their... best to make sure the store and our sandwiches are up to corporate standards. As far as food goes, we only sell coldsandwiches, so we don't have meatballs or Philly steak. The only cheese we have is provolone, and our menu shows every add on wehave. There isn't really an option to build your own sandwich, but usually if you tell us what meats you want, we can tell youwhat sandwich you can get. Our chips are kettle cooked and no, we don't have lays or sun chips. We also don't sell soups orsalad. If you're looking for a place to work, I'll recommend it, as we're pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling. Read more
