IF I could give this a 0 stars I would I so freaking would. Sighs. I don?t know what?s going on at little Cesar?s on Waughtown ,... can?t even order at the drive thru, been sitting here for about 15 minutes now , 3 cars ahead of us (one was ahead but leftalready) . . People are mad leaving from behind. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Even door dash was leaving. And as we was leaving the parkinglot I saw the lady locking the front door ! NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Called and placed an order. Waited 25 mins to go pick it up because I know sometimes it?s not ready to make sure that i wouldn?t... have to wait. Pulled up gave my name and they acted like they had no idea who I was when I recognized the man?s voice it wasthe same person who took my order over the phone. I still had to wait 25 mins for them to make my order and actually put it inthe computer. I won?t be returning this has happened to me every time I have ordered from here. I have kids that are hungry andI shouldn?t have to wait an hour to get my food each time when I?m a paying customer. I understand mistakes happen cause I usedto work fast food but now I?m convinced that they just don?t care because it shouldn?t happen every single time. I?mdisappointed because this store is right up the street from me but I guess I?ll have to drive to Pizza Hut just to make sure myorder is actually being made when I hang up the phone. Came through drive thru. Last asked if she could help me. I asked if inside was open and she didn't respond. After about a good... minute she asked if I wanted a classic pizza and I again asked if the inside was open. At that time she began yelling andcursing at me that the lobby is closed and do I want to get a classic pizza or not. Will not be returning to a restaurant thatemploys violently hostile refuse. Update below... Actually the best Little Caesars pizza I've had; it was hot, fresh, made with light sauce as requested, cooked... perfectly, plenty of toppings. The wings and crazy bread were perfect also. Called it in, went through the drive-through, bothladies were courteous and good representatives for the company. Glad it's the location closest to home :) Update...they are nowchallenging what I said above. I got the hot and ready pizza last week and crazy bread, both were truly awful and got tossed.The girl in the drive thru was very polite on the upside. Dropping my score. Read more
So i ordered on the app and the crazy sauce does not come with the crazy bread when you order on the app. I did not know that.... when I went inside to ask for the sauce for my crazy bread, the manager on duty called the police on me and refused service tome after I spent over $40 in her restaurant. Needless to say the officer that responded bought the sauce for me. I really hopehe stays safe and stays as sweet as he is. But I will not step foot back in that restaurant because of the service that was notgiven to me by the manager on duty. I have also added photos of my pizzas. I eat at little ceases for years now and never have I found such unprofessional and nasty tasting pizza. From the crew to all... the managers including the general manager. They never want to give U there name as we have the right to know .. No one everfixes the situations the plave staff and pizza suck. Read more
This is the fourth time that we?ve ordered from Little Caesars and every time that we order from them we?re always missing... something from our order, Especially from this location. we tried to call, but their phone is always disconnected.
