I wish I could give negative stars This was my first time and will be the LAST time I attempt to order. The delivery time was... to extreme but we wanted to try their food. After our delivery time had come and gone, called and was told our order had left.We are less than 10 minutes from the location. After another 30 minutes I called to cancel. The person who answered the phoneacted like he could care less they were taking so long to deliver orders. If indeed my order had left their store, it?s likelyit would have been ice cold upon arrival. If they can?t provide delivery services in a timely manner then communicate issues ordon?t offer delivery services. Total time wasted was 2 hours. Read more

We placed an order online and had a delivery time for an hour and a half later. Called them and they told me that I would have... to wait another hour and a half because the only driver was 5 orders behind. A courtesy email of the situation would have beennice so that I could have changed my order to pickup . Really bad customer service!! I wonder how many people got a cold pizzadelivered tonight?? Placed an order through grub hub at 10:42. The restaurant shows not closing until 12:00. I was literally tracking the driver... they had pulled into the parking lot and then got a text at 11:45 saying my order had been cancelled due to the restaurant beingclosed. Not sure whose fault it is but I am assuming Marcos. I?m sure they closed early because they didn?t have customers, butif your hours show up as something you need to work until the time it says. Pizza is great, I mean it?s a recipe can?t really mess that up! But the night staff on 9/24 was trash. I came in to get a sauce... I paid for once I realized it wasn?t in the box and NO ONE acknowledged me. I get it you?re busy but you definitely see me if Isee you. Better customer service training might need to be implemented because those people are trash!! Read more

Lately my experience has not been 5 star, employment issues are apparent. However the pizza is what it should be and my... compliments to the single employee operating the store. The young man managed very well. Worth noting here, it seems managementnever quits here, the place keeps going surprisingly well despite issues. Read more

My favorite Marco location to date!! Food always fresh and the staff always keep me updated on my order. They make... recommendations on the other products and I appreciate that they are not ?stingy? with the toppings like the other pizza spots .From my several visits I feel like they have a nice working environment because they seem to be having a good time at work. Did an online order and took advantage of a 50% off sale. So did everyone else in my town it seemed! The employees handled... things very well despite being obviously busy and understaffed. My order was 5 different pizzas and each one came outperfectly. I did have to wait a little bit longer than usual but all was well worth it. I have moved farther from thislocation so I am unable to get delivery, but when I am nearby, I order Marcos pizza from here. Great service! Every employeechecked on customers and jumped back to catch pizzas coming out of the oven as soon as they were in the store. Great teamwork! Read more

Marco?s! I wanted to give up carbs, but because of you, I am seriously rethinking things. My waistline may hate me, but my... tastebuds are definitely going to love me. LOL Someone recommended that I try this pizza restaurant after I remarked that I likepizza. Shortly after getting the recommendation, I ordered a medium Deluxe pizza for delivery from the Marco?s on ReynoldaRoad. First of all, when they say ?Deluxe?, they mean it. The toppings are not skimpy or chopped so small you have to look forthem in the sauce. I had huge pieces of meat and veggies, plenty of sauce and cheese, and everything tasted fresh. The pizza hadthat homemade, real Italian, not overly processed or frozen flavor. They even have a variety of dipping sauces to accompany thecrust. I loved it! My mom saw how much I was enjoying myself, so I was kinda forced to share a slice or two with her, and sheloved it too. The customer service was exceptional from the moment my call was taken, until the pizza was delivered to my doorby an employee who was wearing a mask. Both individuals seemed genuinely thankful to have me as a customer. Refreshing! Needlessto say, I?m not giving up carbs or Marco?s any time soon.
