Would like to leave a great review but I just ordered a pizza from this location on old Salisbury rd and the workers took my... money and did not deliver my pizza. Every time I called the restaurant they said the pizza was delivered. This is not my firsttime ordering from them but this will be my last.The workers they have working on this night are very inhumane. Customer serviceis not gor everybody. Been eating Marco?s Pizza since they opened in Toledo Oh, love it, but this last visit to this location, has really left a sore... taste in my mouth. Ordered carry out, ?10 to 15 minutes? Well after arriving no pizzas, 25 minutes later, still no pizzas.Several employees asked my name, one even took payment, but pizzas were not made. 45 minutes later, I finally got my pizzas.Very disappointing for this location, always fast and great tasting. New to Winston-Salem, ordered a few times both carry out and delivery. Every single pizza has been delicious! Better yet, every... person I've interacted with has been incredibly nice and thoughtful. You will not find a better pizza place in Winston. They are fast. The food is always top notch and fresh. We will never go back... to Dominos or Papa John's again. We've been ordering from them for a little over a year at least a few times a month and it isconsistently good. And tonight our pizza arrived in less than great condition and they immediately sent a replacement and we'resuper nice about it. Very tasty pizza with excellent toppings. We ate inside and that was just ok. This is definitely a takeout place.
First and last trip to Marcos. Thought I'd try it. They're not doing salads today for some reason didn't tell me why. And the... pizza has too many bubbles in it to suit me. Hungry Howie's will be next. There's ways of stopping the bubbles. Google it. Read more
We ordered a pizza with new and old world pepperoni as well as two 14 piece chicken. The pizza was delicious, the pepperoni... really stood out. The chicken was nice big pieces of much more chicken than breading, and nice and juicy. Really pleasedoverall. Read more
