If I could give half a star I would. Whatever female is working drive through around 2:00 November 23rd, 2022 is VERY rude and... doesn?t need her job there. My grandmother went through the drive thru today for two sandwiches and a fry. They gave her thewrong thing. She looked in the bag to check before saying anything. She was yelled at by some young girl in the drive thrusaying ?stop digging in the bag stop digging in the bag?. Well miss, you kind of have to look in the bag to see what you have. Iwork in fast food and you?re supposed to throw anything that?s handed back away. Not just slop stuff back in the same bag andgive it back out. Unprofessionally, not friendly and rude. Read more
Had the Chicken deluxe sandwich, it was so big, it hung off the bun.. I would say try this you will glad you did.. great... sandwich/ good price also.. plentiful Read more

My granddaughter and I were the only two people in the restaurant. The cashier neglected to give me my change, and when... reminded, had to get another employee to help her open the cash register. We looked throughout the restaurant to find a cleantable, and finally found a semi-clean one. There was not only food on the tables and sticky drinks, but one table had severalstrands of curly hair on it. There were 3 people "working", and no one was cleaning the dining room. This is the closest McDonalds to my house so I visit frequently due to having need for a quick meal. I called today to see about... getting a meal replacement due to terrible food during one stop Friday evening. Absolutely no help with my issue. I even keptthe receipt in prep for the call. It wasn?t 1 bad McDouble. It was $30 of the worst McDonalds food I have ate in a while. Theywere willing to fix a $2 burger even though the entire order was bad. This is the absolute worst location ever! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!! They always mess up my order every time... to the point I drive 20 mins out of my way before I even think about ordering from there. This is what is a med fry! Then theydidn?t put salt! I had to send my order back 2 times ! I will continue to go out my way because this is not worth it . The whitewoman manger is the worst . The employees are rude to the male manager and it shows . have to give it to this particular McDonalds. For a fast food place it really has it going on. They renovated the entire inside.... It has a modern chic open space look, with lovely decor seating. There is also an optional ordering kiosk for the busy times.You can customize your sandwiches with the exact ingredients you want. You are also given a # now that you place on your tableand bring your food out to you. I enjoy having a meal inside now, usually I would only use the drive thru or take out. Nice JobRonald! Read more
I placed a mobile order to use a deal on the app. No one ever came out with the order. Inside by the time I could talk to... someone it had been 30 minutes, the person looked at the receipt to see what I ordered. I thought he went to get the order butno he just continued passing out orders to people who had just ordered. Ten minutes later we asked about it again and stillnothing done so we requested a refund. The manager who had been standing only a few feet away the whole time but never came overto the counter, went to the register and got my refund (I would have rather had the food but she never said one thing about whywe couldn?t get our food). She would not answer at all when we asked what happened with our order.Very poor management/customerservice skills. So much time was wasted.And there were plenty of employees around so they were not short staffed. Read more
