Haven't eaten at a McDonald's in a long while ,most of my work is focused on High Point area not a very friendly area to stop by... This location has terrible customer service (manager could have been Puerto Rican) I attempted to use my mobile app, which was... for a sandwich and nuggets (nothing major), this manager had the nerve to say I couldn?t read, my jaw dropped. I asked her tocancel my order. While our conversation was still going she kept on hitting the register, which that indicated she had issues.Owners need to desperately take action before this location turns into something worse. They got our order all messed up, told us to go to the first window to pay and then never showed up and then waved us forward to... the second after we waited forever. It was the only place open. The food wasnt bad (for mcdonalds) but I would have beenbetter off getting food from the gas station next door. Read more

6/16/22. Go through drive thru place my order, which included a large combo. Get to the window she hands me a medium drink. I... tell her i ordered a large combo. Bewildered, she turns to the girl making the drinks says it supposed to be a large. Both of them have their back to me for a second then she hands me the drink back. Large cup half to 2/3 fulls. Ok whatever. Get my foodlarge fry container half full. And the wrong sammich made the way i asked. But a cheaper burger. So i apid full price for food icouldve got from the dollar menu.
