I went inside to order a double cheeseburger and a small fountain drink. Kiosk for ordering was closed. Ordered and paid for my... food. Went to drink dispenser with my cup and found the area all sticky from not being cleaned up. Floor was sticky too. Theplace was not busy so I am not sure why nobody is cleaning in the lobby. When you order 30 plus dollars worth of food and they don't bother to give you what you actually ordered and they just throw... whatever in the bag to get you gone. Paying extra for things I'm not even getting. Every time I come here I have to go back orcall and let them know all my food isn't in the bag. They don't offer refunds or have have pay for the gas it takes to go back.Please, it's not hard to read a screen and place the correct food in the bag. If you don't care, get a different job. Butconstantly forgetting things or just not caring isn't the way to run a business. Read more

I ordered the 10 chicken nugget meal, got fries and 2 burgers and asked for extra ketchup and they gave me 2. This is a dumb... thing to say but if and when you go there make sure your order is correct And you check the bag for everything and make sure youget the extra of whatever you ordered because if you don?t they won?t give it to you.
