I have visited this McDonald's 3x in the early am (around 545am) trying to grab a quick bite or coffee before heading into work.... 1st time, I sat in the drive thru line for at least 5 mins. No one ever spoke through the speaker so I left. I assumed maybethey didn't open until 7. Imagine my surprise 2 days later when I roll by at 530am and it's actually open. The other 2 times Itried, again early am, I sat in the drive through line for 8 mins just to place the order. It wasn't busy but the service wasthat slow. Then the food. I don't know what they are doing to the gravy but it tastes like pure flour. I get the gravy biscuitall the time at other McDonald locations and it's never tasted that way. And all of my food has been lukewarm. They also don'tdo their lattes well. So after 3 attempts with this location I've stopped trying this McDonald's. It's a shame as I have topass right by it on my way to work every morning and would love to grab a quick breakfast at least 2x a week. I'll have to takemy business elsewhere Read more
Worst McDonald's ever.....drive thru wasn't even busy yet it took 20 mins to get a drink and oatmeal. The guy said to hold on a... minute and literally 3 minutes later came on asking what I wanted and that happened to every single person. Horrible horribleservice and if they're short staff then they need to say something instead of making everyone wait 5 minutes to order. Don'twaste your time at this one! Read more
Friendly, efficient and attentive staff. My cheeseburgers were nearly prepared and hot. The fries were HARD. Two napkins were... adequate, but no ketchup was careless. This compares to the old McDonald's on Jonestown Rd at one half star. I hope they replacethe entire Jonestown Rd staff including management after it is rebuilt. Read more
Stopped to get 2 sweet teas and a small fry. Sweet tea had just been made so it was hot and melted the ice instantly. No big... deal it happens. But the small fry.... those fries were like concrete. Either the oil was old or they had fried them way toolong. The speaker also needs to suck because the guy taking our order couldn't hear us. But he was nice about it and servicewas fast. Read more
Decent McDonald's location with the old-school roof. They have the modern mobile and app ordering, in store ordering displays,... and menu with coffees, ???????? breakfast all day, ???? burgers and ???? fries, sandwiches, ???? salads and more. They also have? handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating with kid-friendly meals and toys. Read more
Costumer service was mediocre, but I don't expect much of McDonald's, but the good location of this place would have suggested... that it'd be decent. The place is very poor lit. We were the only costumers in the store ordering, the drive through was clear.We were on the closest table to them and they didn't brought the food to our table when it was ready. I never expect that, butin many other McDonald's they do that for you often. Read more
Just got coffee. It was great & always is. Employees were courtesy & on the ball. Hardly any waiting time.
