Usually I would give 5 for these guys, but I ordered food online to be picked up at 8:40 because google and their website said... they close at 10. I placed the order and my card was charged, but a few minutes later I got an email saying my order wascanceled. Since I didn't know why it was canceled, I called in to check. The problem I have is with the lady who picked up. Shewasn't nice to me when she answered and told me my order was canceled because "we close at 9 and have to clean the kitchen." Itold her I didn't realize they closed at 9 and she said okay and hung up. I didn't mention to her that everywhere says they areopen until 10. I never order food from a place when I know they are about to close, but in this case, I had no idea. I wouldn'tcare if she would have told me this politely instead of trying to make me feel dumb. Food was bland for me and my girlfriend. The cocktails watered down weak. The male waiter we had is very rude constantly trying... to get us to leave once we finish eating even though the place is empty. Oh and the waiter doesn't listen well to your orders.This is not the first time we've had this same issue with this particular servicer. My girlfriend normally likes going to thisrestaurant, but with the lack of good service and the cocktails getting weaker with every visit charging the same money what'sthe point. We spend good money almost $40 or more every time, after we get out of church and we are not satisfied with theservice or food. Good Mexican Restaurant. Not my favorite as chips are harder and thicker than I'm used to and prices are higher than my local... place. Salsa was very good. Would be nice to have a Sunday lunch option instead of paying dinner prices. Service was good andfood was good with lots of options. Decor was more upscale which we enjoyed and tables were spread out, giving it a greatatmosphere. Read more
brought my wife and sister here for dinner. been here a few times before but this visit was like none other. as we were going... to leave we decided to get a few pictures at the exit. my sister at her purse down and add we left we forgot it. didn't get buta few blocks away and turned around. the purse was gone. when we asked the cashier of she'd seen it. she just kept pointing tothe "not responsible for lost or stolen items" sign. further questioning got us no where with this person. we demanded a managerand we're escorted to another room to the where they were. recapping our story we were showing them exactly what happened. andlo and behold their is the purse, where it wasn't 3 minutes ago. really fishy for a Mexican restaurant. we will neverreturn. I've contacted this email again explaining that thank the lord we had nothing to steal and I think your employees arethe attempted thieves and you've still not contacted me. Again thanks for nothing. I have eaten at this restaurant and location several times. I considered this to be one of my favorite restaurants since... relocating to this area until tonight. The California burrito was awful and dry. The chicken is definitely not the same. Afterletting the manger know that I didn?t not like it he explained that I was not the only complaint about the chicken. Read more
