This is the first time a commercial on TV made me go right out to get something! I had to try the new flatbread margarita pizza!... I come to this location multiple times a week as it is on my way to work. The food is usually fine however, the staff is subpar... at best. Came in today just to grab a drink. Ordered on the app and patiently waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyoneeven acknowledged me all the while there were 2 staff members standing right at the front where everyone waiting was clearly intheir view. After being asked what the order name was I was told it would be another couple minutes. I ordered a drink. The onlytime the staff seems attentive is when the manager is on the floor. Read more
I ordered my favorite seasonal salad - the strawberry poppyseed with chicken salad. Every year I wait for Panera Bread to bring... this salad back. It is one of the tastiest salads ever. The portion size is very good. The salad is extremely fresh. Mycoworkers had the pizza and a Caesar salad with chicken. They fully enjoyed their food as well. Even my baguette wasdelicious. The only downfall was the lemonade drinks that we had were not as tasty. Read more
When you first walk in the floors are sticky everywhere you step. You stand there and pretty much get forced to use a kiosk... because no one wants to take your order at the counter. If you like the drink stations with specialty teas don't go to thisone. Read more
This location is abysmal and that?s an understatement. My orders have been wrong the last 3 out of 4 trips?it?s unbelievable.... However, the main bright spot at this location is that the manager Nikita was extremely professional and swiftly rectified theissue that I?d experienced yesterday. I understand that there?s a labor shortage and I?m trying to extend some grace to thisstaff, but they truly need to do better overall. There are too many inconsistencies in items received (ordering the same drinkand receiving a different recipe depending on who?s making it), quality of certain ingredients (like frequently serving unripeavocado which is basically not consumable), and plain order inaccuracy. Going to keep my fingers crossed about this locationimproving the quality of its service, but I?m not too confident. The location on Cloverdale Ave is MUCH better. Read more
I?ve frequented this Panera since their opening. Always a super friendly staff but they are always out of multiple items which... is frustrating but understandable considering they are a new location and still trying to figure out their inventory usage. Myone request is that if an item on the dish is out, for example the dressing, avocado, tomato, ect that the price would reflectthat and decrease due to lack of ingredients promised in the description. Good quality food but staff needs more customer service training. They need to do better at keeping tables clean and... coffee/drink stations replenished. I can?t tell you the times I have came thru the drive thru line and they?re out of what Iordered. If they pay more attention to their jobs and less time chatting with one another it could be a 4 or 5 starestablishment. Read more
