I'm a big fan of this pizza but after witnessing what I saw this evening, I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN. A delivery driver... with food in car should NOT BE SMOKING while on delivery. That is just uncalled for. I understand people have habits butshouldn't be done in presence of another's food. So if a gray Saturn delivers your pizza. Becareful. Read more
When the order arrived my papa bowl was missing. I went to the driver and told him that it was missing. He went back to the... store to get it and brought this back. Look like I'm getting Papa Johns left overs. Won't be getting anything else from here.Smfh! Read more
Delivery said 60-90mins but surprisingly it was only 45mins. The pizza was kinda wrong (wanted bacon not pepperoni) but they... solved that problem by offering me another pizza. Great customer service Read more
I don't know where to start. It is sad ????. I love papa John's pizza but this location has left a sour taste in my mouth . And... it has been the third time where I place an order online where the app said after 35 minutes that my order was ready for pickupjust to be told after driving there for 7 minutes drive that it will be another 45 minutes wait and they told me that the appis not accurate. I have given this branch too many chances. I used to think the staff was incompetent, but lately I am thinking the manager and... the owner of this franchise location are the real problem. How difficult is it to fully cook a pizza? How hard is it to hireresponsible, competent employees? If it is as vexing as you make it seem, then close the store and cut your losses! Read more
Ordered a medium pizza today 6/20/22. Received it in good time, tracking feature was not accurate. It looked like my pizza sat... in one area for a while. Pizza dough was not cooked well. It stuck to the box because it was doughy. I had to reheat it becauseit was warm. The delivery driver was friendly but I was disappointed with the pizza. Read more
It took a bit longer than expected to get carry out tonight but they were making pizzas as fast as they could with the staff... that they had....We tried the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was pretty good. There's an insane amount of cheese in thecrust lol it's nice and runny especially when the pizza is still hot. I normally like to use the garlic butter on my crust butwith the cheese it was a bit much in my opinion. It was still a nice change and we'd definitely try it again. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas last weekend and didn't get the pizza until 3 hrs later, so we left a complaint. Customer service gave us a... complimentary free pizza for our troubles , so we tried to order that this evening.
