Well, we called in pizza for our family today for the Super Bowl. They took our order and said they could deliver at 5:30 PM. ... They charged our credit card for the order. A few minutes later Papa John?s called us back and said they could not guarantee thedelivery at that time. They told us to call back at 5:30 to ask what time they could have it ready. That was not what they toldus when we ordered. So, we canceled our order. This is so disappointing to hear after they confirmed our order and time ofdelivery. We have a family of almost 10. Papa John?s will NOT be receiving our business in the future for their dishonesty withus today. Read more
Whom ever idea it was to have all calls go thru a call center to order pizza and you can't contact the store where the pizza is... prepared could've been thinking correctly. It's very time consuming and aggrevating! Read more
Needed a special pizza for a friend just coming home from surgery, ordered on line; Regular crust with mushrooms and pepperoni.... Needed it within 45 minutes ( drive time across town ). Entered store and was quickly and politely greeted (thank you, James). A+ Health rating, hot pizza. Will drive there again. Read more
This Papa Johns is ok. I don?t think they have ever gotten our order completely right. The pizza is average. Last time it wasn?t... fresh at all and they said they would make it up to us by giving us the pizza of our choice. When I tried to order the pizza ofmy choice they wouldn?t actually let me get the pizza of my choice. Read more
Can not say anything positive had a carry out order I arrived before my food was finished.i was dismayed when my order was... completed the staff had me wait almost 10 minutes before giving me my order. The girl Ray that works there is honestly a one of a kind. She answered the phone fast, no wait time, was knowledgeable and... courteous to the current promotions for the week, offered if I had any questions of my order, and gave me a estimated wait time.Ray you?re an asset to this location and I?m grateful for your outstanding customer service!
