Not friendly at all... I come to this location because the one on clemmonsville rd is awful. Over the years, this location is... getting just like clemmonsville rd. The girl or lady that works the cash register is not friendly at all. She has the nastiestattitude. No customer service skills at all. Please hire more friendlier people. I don't know who was answering the phone tonight....but they really shouldn't be allowed a job in customer service! Apparently... taking an order for a cheese and tomato pizza was too complex based on the giant sighs I got everytime I spoke. I ended uptelling them I'd take my business elsewhere because they clearly felt like my calling them was an inconvenience. This was myfirst time ordering from Papa John's. I thought I'd give them a try but I'll be sticking with Dominos. At least the staff therehave always been nice whereas this dude was just rude for no reason! Read more
Delivery has never been fast at this location, but today I placed an order that gave an estimated ready time of around 30... minutes. After an hour and a half I just called and canceled since I figured the food was cold by then. Wouldn't recommendunless doing carryout. Read more
Friendly service, not busy, easy in and out for takeout. Pizza tasted great and not overcooked. I visited this store as opposed... to the one closest to me, due to bad constant bad service at other location. Read more
I came in the papa Johns last month , and placed a order for a few pizzas. I literally waited 2 hour after calling in and coming... to pick up which wasn?t a big deal seeing they were short staffed. It was two middle age guys, a older lady working at thetime. I had two separate orders and Unfortunately one of my pizzas was incorrect. I went back to the store and spoke to amanager, who told me he would write my name and information down and when I came back in I could get a replacement pizza, andapologized because of the lack of staff, incorrect pizza, and etc. I called today to try to redeem my pizza , and the saidmanager on duty said he had no idea and that my number wasn?t popping up. And he didn?t offer me any of help. If I knew thatwas the case I would have gotten a refund at said time instead of trying to Compromise. There needs to be a better system inplace as far as handling customer complaints and issues. Read more
Really good pizza. Always hot and fresh. Just had the new Stuffed Crust Pizza and it was delicious. I highly recommend it and I... usually don?t eat stuffed crust. Tastes way better with a marinara cup. And please, tip your delivery driver reasonably.???????? thanks. Read more
This Papa John's store is the only one I come to . I've never had any issues / complaint(s), whatsoever, anytime I've come here... . I highly would not recommend ordering from this location over the phone. I placed an order for 6 hot wings and the manager (he... said he was) never put my order in. I offered to come in and pick the wings up to make it easier for the driver and he said Iwould receive my order in 40 minutes. I called to check on my order for the second time and yet never received the order. I thenwent to Domino's and received my food with no attitude or hesitation. 0/10 recommend. Read more
